Our CAD Floorplans

Our CAD floorplans help potential buyers visualise

properties better than if they only have a set of room measurements.

Take these two examples as a case in point:

Option one: We record the necessary information for the floor plan ourselves while doing an energy inspection as part of an EPC or HIP. Please let us know when ordering your HIP or EPC if you require a floor plan.

Option two: We produce the floor plan from your own sketches and measurements. These can faxed, emailed or posted to us.

With either option we will be able to produce our floorplans within 48 hours of obtaining the measurements. Our floorplans are meant to complement sales particulars as above.
